Maitake as a Food Supplement
Capsules - Take 3 capsules one to three times daily with or without food.
Powder - Take 2 grams one to three times daily with or without food. There is a 1 gram spoon provided in the pot. Mix the powder with water, yoghurt, milk or a non citric fruit juice.
